Since its inception, VCC has been an industry leader in the utilization of technology as a tool to improve construction processes, communication and document management. VCC has created its own unique construction management software Endeavour that among other things, simplifies manual, time consuming and administrative tasks—thus allowing our owners to have the ultimate competitive edge. This is one of the many things that sets VCC apart from the competition.
VCC’s Endeavour software has changed the process for managing projects. Our clients, architects, vendors and subcontractors benefit by Endeavour’s ability to provide open communication between all parties, furnish the most up-to-date project status and information, and simplify manual processes to a mere push of a button. In addition, by coordinating through online avenues, response times, costly delays and project miscommunications are eliminated.
All project related data such as diaries, schedules, photographs, material deliverables, pay applications and contracts are posted on the VCC Endeavour web portal for all team members.
Another unique feature of Endeavour is the Best Plan Room. This online tool contains plans and documents relating to all VCC projects for our current and future team members to view and download at no cost. By working with the project team, at any given point throughout construction VCC is able to provide the most up-to-date plans and documents in the Best Plan Room, keeping everyone up to date on all changes.
