One of VCC’s main concerns is to insure clients are satisfied even after turnover of the project.
VCC delivers excellence through attention to client needs even after turnover of the project has occurred. Ensuring our clients are satisfied is key in maintaining long-standing relationships with our clients.
To accomplish this, VCC has initiated their own warranty program, which includes a dedicated staff of professionals on call 24 hours a day. Warranty Managers utilize a database to log and manage all warranty issues. All drawings, closeout information and contracts are accessed electronically, which allows instant assessment of the warranty issues resulting in a quick resolution.
Warranty Managers follow up daily to ensure that each issue is being handled promptly and meets the client’s expectations. Subcontractor visits are coordinated with the facility managers to ensure minimal disruption.
Clients are updated biweekly on open issues to allow the client full knowledge of outstanding warranty items. As issues are resolved, VCC Warranty Managers then follow up to ensure that the repairs meet all expectations of the client.
We at VCC know that tracking the status of all final approved paperwork can be one of the most daunting tasks of any project, large or small. By using our construction management software Endeavour, we are able to store and track the status of all closeout related items. All documents, whether they are a warranty or a final record drawing, are itemized and electronically stored, enabling us to provide the client with their closeout information, literally at the touch of a button.
