VALUE ENGINEERING
Value engineering is a way for us to evaluate a project through cost and design analysis and is one of the most important keys to beginning a project right. Our Estimating Software allows the capture of the overall design of the project, while loading history data to provide a close estimate for preliminary cost analysis. Once this occurs, BIM software Revit is used to capture a broader and fuller spectrum of information as more requirements and specifications are gathered. These tools, along with digital takeoff software, allow analysis of the overall design and captures the key features; and, at the same time provides nuts-and-bolts information to pass on to team members who will be involved in managing the building process.
