San Antonio Office Building
Owner: M.L. Harris & Company
Architect: Rees Associates Inc.
This modern office structure was constructed to rigid, highly technical standards. It includes a two level, enclosed parking garage above three stories of bright, open office spaces. The exterior includes special entrance features and stone veneers.

201 Seventeenth Street is an energy efficient, 17-story office tower. As part of the Atlantic Station development it was especially designed by an award-winning architectural firm to meet the Gold Certification standards for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) established by the U.S. Green Building Council. The exterior features an aluminum-framed glass curtain wall with full-height tempered vision glass, creating open-air views from inside the building. Starting with two levels of underground parking, capped by a rooftop garden, it totals 350,000 square feet of leasable office space on a half-acre footprint. Built in the tight quarters of Atlantic Station’s urban renewal, the 201 Seventeenth Street Office building is a gate way to a breakthrough retail and entertainment district.
Stonecrest Office Building

Architect: Wakefield Beasley & Associates
This two-story, structural steel Class A office building is contructed with exterior wall metal stud frames and brick veneer. The building is a part of the Stonecrest master planned mixed-use development, and is located just a 1/2 mile from The Stonecrest Mall.
F.B.I. Field Office Building
Owner: Harris/Hathaway Joint Venture L.L.C.
Architect: Rees Associates, Inc.
Little Rock-FBI has a dramatic entry rotunda, public lobby and a two-story interior atrium with a sweeping circular stairway. The atrium is capped with an eight foot dome skylight. Three stairways and four elevators provide easy access between floors. The main lobby, secure corridor, center atrium and elevator lobbies contain significantly upgraded finishes for an impressive appearance. The elevator lobby and stairways located in each wing of the facility have been extended down into the secured parking facility located below the building. The facility has a state-of-the-art direct digital control air conditioning system, with dedicated 24-hour service for rooms with sensitive computer and communications equipment.

A multi-building Project, the site encompasses twelve acres. The complex is comprised of a few small buildings, a 108,000 square feet, four-story office building, and a health club facility. Contemporary design and modern convenience are married in this upscale, sprawling corporate complex.
