Student Housing
Student Village - Ouachita Baptist University
Owner: Ouachita Baptist University
Architect: Clements & Associates
Ouachita Baptist University contracted with VCC for the redevelopment of new student housing centers, creating a village-like environment, with a residential scale. This project included the complete construction of two halls with 184 units for 260 students. Each house contains eight suites on four floors, combining a living area, two or four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchenette. Along with the residential suites, there are upper level open-air terraces, fitness rooms, laundry facilities, game rooms and study rooms.
Sophomore Housing - Ouachita Baptist University

The OBU Sophomore Housing project involves the construction of two (2) new dormitories. Each dormitory has three (3) levels with a basement including bedrooms with shared toilets, community room, apartment, and laundry facility.
Student Housing - University of Arkansas Little Rock

The first of its kind on campus, UALR offers traditional commuters the opportunity to reside on campus.
Anthony Hall - Ouachita Baptist University

Ouachita Baptist University contracted with VCC for the new Anthony Hall. The 187-calendar-day schedule was achieved through the cooperative effort of designers led by the architects Lewis Elliott & Studer, Inc., of Little Rock and all of the subcontractors and vendors who accepted the challenge. The teamwork exhibited by these companies with VCC and the administrative staff of OBU proves once again - we make things happen.
