Warehouse
Circuit City Distribution Center
Owner: Industrial Developments International, Inc.
Architect: MacGregor Associates
Industrial Developments International, Inc., contracted VCC to build the 202,000 square-foot Circuit City Stores, Inc., Distribution Center. The project included sitework in Ankeny, Iowa which is just north of Des Moines. The VCC team worked with IDI and the architect, MacGregor Associates of Atlanta, Georgia, to complete this project on schedule for the user, Circuit City Stores, Inc.
Sharper Image Distribution Center
Owner: The Sharper Image
Architect:
The Sharper Image of San Francisco, California contracted with VCC to expand its distribution facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. VCC accomplished this major expansion in the five-and-a-half month period without disruption to the existing facility.
Golden Eagle of Arkansas
Owner: Golden Eagle of Arkansas, Inc.
Architect:
Golden Eagle of Arkansas, Inc. contracted with VCC to expand their existing facility with a 29,000 square foot controlled climate warehouse. Golden Eagle provided all the design parameters to VCC for the project which included the relocation of the truck wash facility and the fueling station located on the premises. The design-build effort was spearheaded by VCC who designed and built the project in a short period of time. Construction took 103 days from the start of foundations to the receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy.
